Dr. Siva Shanker Dubisetty, Founding Investor

Dr. Siva Shanker is an Indo-Global Medico-Administrative Professional with more than two decades of experience. It is very rare to find a Doctor with such a diverse background.

Dr. Siva served for United Nations Organization (UNO) Missions in Sudan and South Sudan as UN Volunteer Medical Officer from 2007 to 2012. Worked as an on court doctor for Badminton World Federation, World Junior Championship, Bangkok in 2013. He worked for UNO as official Medical Physician at Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali, Africa for 10 years from 2014. He retired as Chief Medical Officer from UNO in 2024. He is currently serving as the Vice President, International Business Operations at Medicover Hospitals Group, India. Dr. Siva travelled to more than 25 countries.

He is a social entrepreneur as well. Founded GARCINDIA, an NGO on HIV in 2004 - www.garcindia.org. And Founder and Managing Director of MEDSEVA Pvt LTD - www.medseva.in.

Dr. Siva is passionate about development and opportunity creation. The moment he came to know about Pelican Valley®, he became one of the early investors in the project.

Born in Tirupati, Dr. Siva got his Doctor of Medicine degree from Kazakhstan. Received Post-Graduation Diploma in Hospital Administration at Medvarsity, Apollo Group, India. Got a Fellowship in HIV Medicine at YRG foundation, Chennai. Did a special course on Advanced Adult Immunization at CMC Vellore, India. Got a Diploma in Management and control of HIV and infectious diseases, from Galilee International Management Institute, Israel.
